Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Great team of people! Friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I'll definitely be back for my oil change ☺️ (Dead battery after digging my car out of the snow ❄️)

I've been here several times over the past few years for oil changes and always had positive experience. They are very courteous, professional, and fast, but never rushed. Got two tires today after having a flat tire that could not be repaired (3" gash across the tread from a razor blade!). This location has very well-kept and comfortable waiting area with a clean restroom (too many companies underestimate what a difference this makes). When install was going to be delayed a bit (needed to go get a tire), they gave me a discount on my next oil change, even offered to go get a coffee for me (they have cold water bottles available already)! Second mile service for your customers is rare and costs so very little. Wish more people/places would get this. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Nikki and Jesse took care of my car problem in the most professional, highly trained, friendly, and trustworthy manner. It was such a pleasant experience to be there at the end of the appointment when everything was thoroughly shown and explained in detail. The next time I need an oil change or have any other kind of car issue, I will call jiffy lube first. Thank you!

Truthfully exceptional service! I went this Sunday after church for an oil change told them exactly what I needed everyone was so polite, respectful and professional. They fully checked everything let me know what other things my car needed but they weren’t pushy about getting it done there or right that minute. The service tech even made sure that I got the best deal checking that I had coupons applied. 10/10 experience and I would 💯 recommend! Amazing team and amazing experience!

Excellent experience! A+ on customer service, knowledge and they did not push an up-sale. I will be going back and encouraging my friends to go there too. Honestly, the best customer service I have EVER had at a drive thru! THANK YOU!
