Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I received very bad service. I'm a well-known black business owner, and I went there to get my brakes done for a long day of work. The guys approached me with wonderful smiles and told me they would ensure my vehicle was in good standing. However, my vehicle is not in good standing; I'm now driving with brake lights and an engine light on, and the engine is smoking. My brakes stopped working on the highway four times. I even found a police report that I will file so everyone can see that these guys are crooks. I tried to contact the corporate office, but there's no corporate number, and no one will refund my money or investigate the issue. This business should not be allowed to continue operating. It's crazy how hardworking Americans are treated at these local businesses.

Never had a bad experience with jiffy lube. I am always greeted with warm welcoming smiles and great service. They always take care of me and I leave feeling great. Today’s visit Kenneth, Anthony and Phillip went above and beyond taking care of my oil change and after changed my break light for me that I kept putting off doing myself. So thankful

Went in to Jiffy Lube to have my headlight bulbs replaced. The technician noticed that my headlight covers were yellow and verrrry cloudy. I have a 20 year old car. Recommend their True Brand Headlight Restoration process. He cleaned buffed and restored my headlights to look like new! Now I’ve had people flash their lights at me as if they think i have my bright lights on. So much better. Amazing! Thank you!

I visited today to have my oil changed. first time coming here because i saw they had a coupon online. Matt, Joe, and Dillan took care of me. Speedy oil change and they tested my battery for me and even helped me find someone who would charge it for me. Great customer service and very quick oil change. Thanks Jiffy Lube!
