Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Excellent service and friendly staff with positive attitudes. My inspection was done within a reasonable amount of time which I very much appreciated after a recent frustrating Firestone experience. Special thanks to Jennifer for reaching out and suggesting that I come there for great service and handling my checkout quickly. I used to get my inspections/oil changes done here and always had good experiences but I moved so it wasn't as close. I'll make the slightly longer trip moving forward.

Of all the things to I've heard that go wrong at repair shops " Jiffy lube" I can't make this up! The picture speaks for its self! Just imagine if this spilled, on my hot engine while driving, and while my vehicle was in motion. No attention to detail what so ever! This is falls on not just the lower subordinates, but the owner!

Greeted kindly and courteously. Was serviced within about 15 to 20 minutes then actual oil change about 15 minutes. Pretty good on this voting day. Used Groupon!

CARELESS COSTLY MISTAKES: I just went to the Clayton Jiffy Lube for an inspection a few days ago. Coming out of it, I was told my car was overheating when it was brought in (it wasn't, I suspect that was just a lie to cover for what actually happened), that some hosing would need replacing but my car passed otherwise (somehow). I get my car back and barely even make it out of the parking lot before my engine ACTUALLY overheats. I turn around immediately and pull back into the jiffy lube. I'm told that the reason it's overheating is because of that leaking hosing that needs replacing, and they can't do that there. I was directed to an auto shop that would be able to fix it. I went to get an oil change at Jiffy Lube and after I left the shop I noticed a crack on my windshield. I returned to the shop and the store manager said that the district manager had to take a look at the camera footage. The district manager contacted me and said that he didn't see any damage. I asked to see the camera footage. He said that due to privacy issues he would not be able to do that. So basicly he owns the team and the referees. After a few back and forth of emails, he decided to send me two screenshots of my car in the bay. I pointed out the crack on the windshield. Through pictures alone I could not see my entire interaction at the shop. I was not looking for a copy of the footage and offered to go to him so we both could see it and have confirmation.
