Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Got an oil change there yesterday. Really great service and highly professional. I'd checked their competitor (no names mentioned, but you can figure that out) where they talked down to me and tried to inflate that price way over what it should be. But Jiffy Lube isn't like that. I got a good price, exactly what my truck needed, done fast and professional.

I was the first customer at 745am waiting for the 8am open for an oil change. The two African American guys working werent that friendly but seemed friendly with the guys who came. They claim oil changes take 15 20 mins. It is 844am and im still here waiting l. I will not return. I will continue going to Toyota or Eds Tire for better customer service and quality professional care. Stop telling ppl its only 15 to 20 mins for an oil change when I been here almost a freaking hour. And they indicated on the print out receipt that they filled windshield wiper fluid so as im driving dwn the rode i spray it and they did NOT fill it at all. I want the owner or manager to reach out to me ASAP. Also they charged me an extra *9.00 at the end without telling me upfront of some supply charge. DO NOT T

Did an estimate for a conventional oil change. Had a coupon for $20 off so it should have come to about $50. This man comes back and tells me bc of the engine I have I had to get an oil change that was over $100 but theyll give it to me for the original price of the one I signed up for without the coupon. I dont have a choice but to pay it bc its already done. Thieves. Thats what they are. Never again

Polite, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Changed or checked 9 items. Did my auto inspection & answered my questions since I am from a state that doesn't require that and the state where I lived before that. I'm 74 and never had to have my vehicle inspected.

Iv gotten alot of oil changes from alot of places but this one was better that most! The staff was friendly and the gentleman who checked me out when finished was kind helpful and held a good conversation! Keep up the good work.
