Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Oil change. Ask to them check transmission fluid level because of shifting hard. Tech said it was good. When oil change was completed the car would not start. I told them I was having battery connection issues. They said my battery was out of date (see pic of battery date) and checked out bad. I ask to be jumped off and they said they had no way to do that, but they could sell me a new battery. I told them I would call someone to jump me off, they pushed me out of their garage and just walked away. Solution: O’Reilly’s check battery to be good. It was rusty connection on positive terminal. Also transmission fluid wasnt even registering on the stick. Went there because Express was backed up several cars/full and Jiffy wasn’t. I see why. Hopefully it just a poorly run and poorly

The experience was great and the guys that did the job couldn’t have been better. Issue were these two hidden charges that one might consider dishonest. Poor business practice to say the oil change is 74.99, and then these fees show up after the job is done. Seems to be a bit dishonest.

Josiah provided outstanding customer service. He took the time to explain a problem I had been struggling with for an entire week and resolved it quickly. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out—I even offered him a tip, but he politely refused. I’m very grateful for his help and highly recommend his service.

The team did a great job. Fast service and the cost was good (especially with the coupon).

If you do anything positive for this location it would be to promote your new tech Cory!!! I’ve had a few good employees before today but I have had multiple bad experiences at this location but Cory was literally the absolute best technician I have ever had at Jiffy Lube. Thank you again!!
