Amazing experience, great customer service, especially by Miss Luchi; super nice, pleasant, wonderful personality to make customers feel comfortable. Only thing is there needs to be better airflow to mitigate the restroom 🚻 odor wafting into the office. Otherwise, very good experience, all staff was attentive and it was, indeed, jiffy! Done quickly. Thank you.

Always a great service every time I get safety inspection and routine oil change/maintenance done. Staff is always friendly, fun and makes me feel right at home. They always give me a great breakdown on what I’m paying for and what’s recommended in the future. Thanks y’all!!

Just got a state safety inspection. Ms.Tina (Teena Marie lol) heard my plea and understood I was in a time crunch! She acted with quick and swift service all while remaining professional! Nice, relatable, and professional is what she is, and I believe that’s what most businesses need in their employment. Props to who helped her during the inspection (didn’t get their name). I know she needed the help, refreshing to see some good teamwork!

Had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Tama and Tina! Tamma was super nice and welcoming, and Tina got the job done fast and efficiently. The service was smooth, quick, and honestly made my whole visit enjoyable. Because of these two, I’ll definitely be back!

The employees at Jiffy Lube were absolutely fantastic! They were quick, professional, and incredibly helpful. I didn’t have to search for assistance—they came right up, introduced themselves, and took care of me right away. They even checked my filters and let me know they were overdue, and it felt genuine rather than a pushy sales pitch- (prior to this, Honda told me the same thing). On top of that, they went the extra mile by fixing the lip of my car and tightening the screw for free, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service. It was fast, easy, and honestly enjoyable. Thanks guys!
