Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Clean [INSIDE AND OUT]. Inviting. Atmosphere is professional. Staff actually works. GREAT! customer service. Assistance when needed. Over and beyond treatment. Check this out: So, I needed an emissions test done to recieve an inspection sticker for Bo, my truck. Was near the area of Fulshear, TX. Came to the infamous Jiffy Lube. Met Alexander. While collecting pics for review, I came across these little ducks sitting through the office glass. This place is the only location that has them. Of course, Alex stated, they're from a promotion. But this the part .... with a genuine kind heart, he gave me one. Be reminded people, there are still good humans in the world. Sometimes, you have to go to Katy/Fulshear Jiffy Lube to get kind treatment.

I would say we are so glad that there is such a good place with great staff that make our life so much easier. I went into the store for a falling part front plastic skid at the bottom of my car. I barely made through to the shop with a 10-mph speed from my house. Big shout out to Mason. He greeted me and inspected my car and said let us try. After about 10 minutes, the problem was solved and the bottom skid was back to its position, and I can dive without an issue. What amazing as Mason said no cost for me! That immediately turn a bad day to a lucky day! Thanks, Madon for his professionalism. I definitely recommend it for keeping serving our community with good work!

No waiting. Great customer service. My only question when I went to pay was, why I was bringing charged 9.95 for shop. My oil change cost $109.00 + extra 12.95 for each extra quart my car required. It was pricey. But I was in an out very quickly. So you decide. We pay for fast efficient service. I did.

I’ve been going to Cinco Auto across the street for over ten years. I’ve decided I’m done w them and I didn’t realize we had a Jiffy Lube so close by. I’ll be coming here from now on. They are courteous, FAST, and they filled up my tires with air, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend this place. The lobby is super clean and nice too.

Came in for a transmission fluid and filter change, oil change, and coolant flush. Was advised, surprisingly, not to change the transmission filter due to never having it changed according to manufacturers recommended intervals. Had the fluid changed as well as the other services. I’m currently on holiday on a road trip and am pleased to have had the service done since I’ll be driving at least 4000 miles during this trip. Refreshing to not have services done that may not be needed or could be detrimental. I’d go back again in the future.
