Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I received an emissions test from Jiffy Lube. The service was very quick, the staff was very friendly and since they knew it was my birthday soon, all three wished me a Happy Birthday. What a great experience! I highly recommend you check them out.

The two young men working were very professional and helpful. However I was unable to use a coupon that I got from the jiffy lube website which had not yet expired. The guys working tried to apply the coupon but your system wouldn't accept it. I blame jiffy lube corporate, not the two men working at this location.

The young man with curly hair cursed entirely too much while conducting the oil change and during conversation with me. I felt extremely uncomfortable during the experience and just wished he’d be more respectful. I was the only car being serviced and it was time efficient.

When to get a oil change this morning and they refuse the service aperantly because it wasn't time yet. I left disappointed and took it to another different location and got it done. The person told me yes, definitely needs a oil change. Never recommend this place to anyone!

I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the service technicians here, and they are my go-to for oil changes and small fixes. A special thanks to Miguel today. 😊
