Jiffy Lube Oil Change

The team here is great! They listen to any issues you may be having and help to resolve them! I like to bring all my vehicles here because then I get honest won how they look from the underside and they let me know what needs to be done asap or what can wait.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they did a fantastic job! The service was fast, efficient, and very professional. I’m new to using fleet cars, and the staff took the time to explain everything clearly, including what information they needed and how it worked. Everyone was kind, helpful, and made the experience easy. Highly recommend!

I drove in for a coolant exchange and was told I needed an appointment. I guess there is only one guy there that does them and left early not feeling well. The following week I was scheduled for it and made a phone call mentioning I was a couple minutes late and was informed the "one guy" that does coolant was sick today and I would have to schedule an appointment. I was kinda irked- a phone call prior to my appointment could have saved a drive. This was my first time trying this place out. Bummer. The fella was really nice though- I will give him that.

Jiffy Lube always is courteous and applies my military discount to my oil changes. They also allow me to bring my dog into the lobby and wait. They are fast and thorough.

I've been bringing our company vehicles and personal cars here for years because the team is professional and reliable. Recently I was surprised to learn they nearly doubled the price for an oil change when I bring my own oil and filter. It now costs almost the same as if I didn't supply the oil and filter. I hope management can clarify their pricing or make it fairer for long time customers
