Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I've never paid so much for an oil change in my life. They suggested I change my air filter. I didn't ask them the price. It cost me $90 to change a $20 air filter. Then, they asked me if I wanted them to top off my fluids. I said yes, thinking it was free. And I was charged $20 for fuel tank additive and a $10 shop fee. They asked me what type of oil, I told them 5W20, but when I got the bill, it was 0W20. I'm never going there again. Buyer, beware, there's a lot of trickery there.

My car broke down in traffic in a busy intersection/turning lane, and I was a completely overwhelmed, scared, crying mess. Two of the amazing employees without missing a beat or being asked jump up to come push my car out of traffic (In this awful heat and risking their own safety) and then taking extra time to explain everything that happened and why my car messed up how they were gonna fix it (to a very overly emotional, sobbing scared mess of a human). They were patient, kind, and genuinely caring. In a world that often feels too busy to notice, this was a reminder that real empathy still exists. Fast but always trying to sell you a service. Beware, they always recommend services at a lower milage than recommended by the dealer service manuel for your vehicle. The service manual on my new F250 truck recommends 7500 miles between oil changes but they create the sticker to go on my windshield at 5000 miles and hope I didn’t catch it. I’m. ASE certified mechanic and own a car shop and always argue with them because they want to tell me that they are trained that actual service intervals are really less. This is how they get more business!!!

I got my oil change on March 2, 2026 at about 12:15 p.m. I took a trip to North Little Rock Arkansas. Midway on trip a message came on my dash saying, “ It’s imperative to get the oil changed right away. I clicked okay. I don’t know why that happened but I need to stop at another Jiffy Lube and have that checked. Right now I can’t rate the service high because of this issue.

We had to get our out of state vehicle inspected for registration and title purposes and we showed up right before they closed unintentionally. They still happily helped us and we were done in probably 10 minutes. I had my family with me so the fact they didn't turn us away at the last minute of their day was impressive. Great work from a great team. Will be back to take care of my other vehicles asap. This team is on top of it and they're efficient. Don't even try to find somewhere else. Just go visit this team and you'll be very happy. Simple, affordable, efficient. Edit: took my recent purchase to these guys again after my first great experience and they did not disappoint.
