Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Great, nice, clean new place. They have all the stuff needed to take care of changing oil and basic tune-ups and stuff like that. They've got checklists and do a great job. Antonio and Pauline set me up with a grand opening discount. I have a high-end car, and I wanted to make sure it was done right. They Antonio, Pauline, and Michael did a great job, thanks guys!

Jiffy Lube in Ludington Michigan has a top notch super competent crew. I choose to pay for Jiffy Lube services over free services from the dealership because I count on my car and need it done right.

They damaged my brand new 2025 $200k RV and did not take care of the situation at a bare minimum to rectify their mistake for their Gross Negligence in my opinion. Three guys were placing the lift supports underneath my RV to be able to rotate and balance my tires, and Christian the office manager was overlooking it. They put the back supports in the wrong place, on the rocker panels, and upon lifting the 5 ton vehicle the lift crushed my rocker panels on both sides and damaged the propane relief valve housing. This Jiffy Lube, did not ever compensate for the bare minimum in what I consider the Gross negligence that occurred by fixing the RV, giving me a rental car and then got stingy on giving me a per diem of $100 per day for an Airbnb stay that you can't get for $100 a day, at that t

First time at a jiffy lube. Jonathan was really professional and did a great job explaining the services that were available to us. Oil change and tire rotation took maybe 25 minutes. Will be back.

First time oil change and I was impressed. Staff was very knowledgeable professional and friendly. I liked the clean organized service center. I told them what I wanted and they went beyond that, at no extra charge. Will definitely come back and I'll recommend this place to everyone. It was a bit pricey but well worth it.
