Jiffy Lube Oil Change

KC was so professional, courteous, and helpful! Gwen and Drew were very nice and helpful, too. This is by far my favorite of the Jiffy Lube locations in the area due to their friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

This has been my go-to oil change place for years now, the new team is great they checked my tires, reset my oil light, and topped off my fluids for free! Best experience yet I will definitely be back thank you

** Editing to update that the Jiffy Lube team has reached out to me and has agreed to cover the cost of the damage that was assessed by the local Volvo dealer. We executed paperwork and I received payment within. a few days. Once I finally reached somebody on the regional level, they were very responsive.** They did $400 worth of damage to my vehicle and aren't taking responsibility. They failed to reattach the engine cover/mud guard properly, stripping the fasteners in the process. The cover came loose and dragged on the ground - it's now damaged and needs to be replaced. I've talked to the GM but he keeps putting me off and you can't get in touch with anyone at corporate or the francisee.
