Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Upon entering the area I was greeted by all staff! Vince and his team were attentive, quick, and so polite! This is my second time attending this location and I love it. Hands down the best place I’ve ever been too thus far and they have a new customer for life! Thank you Vince for being informative and taking care of me, and thank you to the incredible staff aboard. Less common these days you will witness ppl having fun at their job. And its easily forgotten how much a good attitude alone will attract new business as well as return business. The employees at this location work together like a rhythmic machine and they are fun about it. And Happy environments make ppl feel happy! In other words, their uplifting work environment has me returning- as crazy as it sounds. My vehicle is a leased vehicle and I get free oil changes with the dealership. But if Im crunched for time, my go to is this Jiffy Lube location. Within the last 2 years, ive been here 3 times and its consistently been a positive experience. The manager here is doing something right! He has a close knit crew and they are all on point. Its nice to see. If you need an oil change, these guys

At first I was having a nice time talking with the employees. Jose and DJ were very nice to talk to up until I got my oil change done by Morgan. She was very rude and dismissive. It felt like she was trying to speed me along and get back to whatever she was doing before. When I was waiting to be service and was talking to the employees I see Morgan just sitting in there doing absolutely nothing. The other employees were great and outside of the oil change the place was a great experience, but since I was there for the oil change and had a bad experience getting one, I can’t rate any higher and it’s unlikely I’ll return.

They were so helpful and in such a great mood! Explained everything to me and help me reset my oil light! They checked my lights and cleaned my windows off which was nice. And everyone was smiling and in a good mood it was amazing. And took not much time at all. Definitely made getting an oil change and a light fixed incredible (which I didn’t think I’d ever say!)
