Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare

Out of the places I’ve been when I needed my truck serviced in a pinch. This place by far has been a better end experience. The people were friendly and respectful. And I had everything I needed knocked out taken care of in a timely manner. They even went out to help me with some discounts I greatly appreciated, today’s economy.. ya know. Overall I’ll be coming back in a few weeks to replace my brakes and get other things taken care of before I head back out into the world. Busy man and don’t have the tools or time. Luckily I came across a good location with people who knew what they were doing. Also to add, not once did I feel pressured to buy anything. They weren’t trying to shovel more down my throat, which of courseI appreciated. 10/10. Would recommend.

I had an awesome experience at the Jiffy Lube in Ballard. The team here is fast, professional, and genuinely cares about taking care of your vehicle the right way. They were thorough with the oil change, checked all my fluids, and made sure everything was good to go before I left. The staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need — which I really appreciated. If you want quick service done right, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

All of the guys were very helpful -explained everything they did - also explained other things they could check for me. Best service I have ever experienced! They were quick & efficient. They checked lots of things that did not need attention on that day & let me know that also. My husband always took our vehicles to be serviced - he passed away the end of September. Nice to have a place I can trust to do those things for me.

This is the best Jiffy lube around, mainly because Jared won’t sell you something you don’t need, but he will make sure your vehicle is safe to drive. The boys are polite, efficient, and a notch above any other place in the Basin. Give those boys a raise!
