Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare

Team had me in quickly and even though I was just doing an inspection and registration they treated me with respect and the same level of service as with a larger job. Offered some additional services, which I declined, but they were not pushy and didn’t affect the treatment. I left the location and forgot my briefcase and Shawn, the manager, called me to let me know. I appreciate that they made an effort to find me and proactively reach out to me, that is great service in a day and age when service is seen as a burden. Thank you Shawn and team!

Lin and Sean were EXTREMELY helpful, kind and honest! I had a 60,000 mile complete check-up done on my Subaru Crosstrek 2021 and they did a very thorough job. I will definitely be back to this Jiffy Lube location every time I need service. I would 100% recommend you come here for service and treat them with kindness!

Shawn the manager was so helpful! He explained everything and went above and beyond! Best experience I’ve ever had getting my car fixed up! Appreciate everything they did for me! i've been going to this shop and the Fort Union shop for five years exclusively, however this will be my last visit here. I left the truck because I had work and I came back an hour later and I was pushed pretty hard to replace the windshield wiper blades which were bad, well I knew they weren't bad because it rained the day before and they worked fine but then I see that the tech had aggressively torn the rubber loose from the wiper assembly, I tried replicating it on the other side and it was very difficult for me so it took a great deal of force for him to pull this stunt. curiously this only happened on the end of the wipers that are closest to the ground, because he could reach them. I understand we all want to make money on add-ons however destroying my property to try to sell $44

The service was quick, even on a busy day. I'll likely go back. Relative to other Jiffy Lube locations I've been to, this one was less clean and the staff were less friendly. I was surprised how long it took to find someone to talk to, and it seemed that only one staff member was checking in to see whether customers had been helped yet.
