Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare

I brought my truck in for a simple oil change and inspection. The work was completed and the inspection stickers we put on crooked and the old glue wasn’t even cleaned off. I went back and they said they wouldn’t change the stickers u less they were damaged. In my opinion they are damaged. It looks like they did try to remove and reinstall the stickers and made them look even worse. See attached pictures.

Outstanding service! I came by today just to get topped off with air and windshield wiper fluid. Thanks to Lance, he went above and beyond to do so much more for me! He takes a lot of pride in what he does. The whole staff had big smiles. It was a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate that crew, leaving me with a great experience!

Anyone in need of an oil change? I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Scranton by Gerritys on Keyser Oak. I was in and out in about 15 minutes or less. They put air in my tires, did the oil change, and vacuumed my car. The guy who cashed me out even gave me a coupon to use toward my total. Being a woman alone and getting an oil change in the past at other places, I was always given a hard time and told "I need the services completed now!" I found this Jiffy Lube always nice! No one has ever given me a hard time or try to sell services I didn't need!

first off all of they guys were very professional and polite. they didn't try to force any service on me that i declined, they even gave my daughter a slice of pizza from their lunch order. top notch stuff there. i do feel the prices were a bit higher than expected for an inspection and oil change but that is a company thing not worker related. one thing that could have been slightly better was the discussion of cost up front, but either way the service was great.

I was here about a month ago and wasn't going to say anything until i found my old wipers in the cowl under the windshield. I stopped for an oil change and wiper blades. When I pulled away from the shop there was a thumping coming from my tire so I drove around the block to see if it was just the road. I drove it right back and had the shop manager look and he immediately found a giant bolt stuck in my tire. They put a plug in it, blamed it on the scranton roads and I was told to go to meadow ave for a patch on friday. I drive out of state every weekend a patch days later wasn't going to do it, I needed a new tire so I blamed myself for not going to my usual location and tried to let it ho. $80 for wiper blades that still streak??
