Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare

I drive past multiple car repair garages to have my car serviced at JiffyLube in Taylor, PA. The guys there are so polite, efficient, knowlegble. Pa inspection, brake pads, oil change, etc. And before returning my mini to me I watched them carefully clean my car windows and windshield. I was so pleased, I went to Aldo’s and got them a fresh hot pizza. ◡̈. They deserved every bite! (Dogs were not in car for the service.)

I was going yo the dealership then Walmart. Walmart was so horrible, I am never going back there! Took forever. I was in and out at Jiffy Lube in 15 or 20 minutes! For oil and filter change. Wiper fluid and antifreeze too! I will definitely go back! They do state car inspections too!

Overall service was good. Service staff was very courteous and helpful. I really question if balancing 1 tire should cost $29.99. I had 4 tires balanced, no mounting no rotation and was charged $119.96. That is not good.

You need more experience the people working there you don’t know nothing about the cars. You need more training and he need to know the way how we speak with the customer. I need a lot of training. You have to be more like the people working in there. He acting up like this guy is Something that’s why you only go over there to change the oil that’s it. I’m not making touch and nothing else only I do is change the oil that’s it because those people working in there anything remove you never pull it back again.

I had the most wonderful experience today at the taylor location. Jesse had gone above what was required and cleaned my passenger front side seat and carpet that had potato chips everywhere from my son. Its the little things that make a big difference. Thank you again it made a hard day better.
