Jiffy Lube Oil Change

First time at this Jiffy Lube and was pleasantly surprised at the friendly, courteous and professional I was greeted with. My maintenance light came on since it was late in the afternoon I was glad that they were still taking customer. I was getting an oil change and tires rotation. They were quick and efficient and had me out with in an hour. I will definitely use the Jiffy Lube on Airport in Richmond. Thank you guys for great services Dianne

Today, I went to this Jiffy Lube location for an oil change, and they put in full synthetic oil. As soon as I left the store and drove about 100 yards, my car started acting abnormally, and several warning lights, along with sensor errors, appeared on my dashboard. I had never seen any of these lights on my car before. I immediately returned to the store and explained the issue to the technician. He claimed it had nothing to do with their work and refused to take any responsibility. I asked if they could check the car again and fix the issue, but he said they don’t perform diagnostics and insisted it wasn’t their fault. When I requested a written report or statement about what had happened, he immediately refused. I then took my car to a local mechanic, who ran a diagnostic and confirmed

Huge thanks to Mgr Alyssa and Technician Nick at Jiffy Lube Richmond! I came in first thing this Memorial Day with a nail stuck in my tire, and they took care of me right away. Their quick and professional service meant I could attend an important ceremony without any stress. Really appreciated the friendly attitude and how smoothly everything went. Tyler was the one that helped me out today when I came in for an oil change. This gentleman was professional, courteous and extremely polite. I was there no longer than 15 minutes on top of that. I will continue coming back here simply because of Tyler’s customer service from the jump. Excellent place to go for service!

The shop did fantastic. Super quick, addressed all concerns I had, and were friendly and welcoming. After paying they made a point to say “be safe and have a great day” which I know may sound insignificant but it’s certainly appreciated.
