Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I feel there are two bogus charges on my bill. One is $9.99 for Shop Supplies. If I bring my own tools next time, will I be able to avoid this charge? The other bogus charges is a Parts Tax. The fact that I didn’t purchase any parts (I had an oil change and a tire rotation), why am I being charged tax on parts I didn’t purchase. The gentlemen I spoke with and the ones doing the work have exceptional customer service skills (except for the cashier - he wasn’t friendly, nor unfriendly, he just rang it up and told me to sign). I really liked Ruben and two other gentlemen (I did not get their names). But unfortunately these bogus charges totaling almost $16.00 will probably make me look elsewhere before bringing my Jeep back for service.

So, I went into Jiffy Lube today and the nicest young man helped me today! I got in right away , it was easy on my pocket book as I am low on funds. The men at this job really helped me and were so well mannered and gentlemanly! I will go back! Thank you Culebra Jiffy Lube. You made my day!

Justin and team at this Jiffy Lube were great. Not many tire/auto shops are open on Sundays, but this team were on it like it was another day. The other customers that were there saw the care of there vehicles in top tier manner as well. Highly recommended.

Great service today! The guys here are always quick, kind & thorough. Had a quick oil change, tire rotation, fluids topped & got an estimate on break pad replacement! Justin and the team were absolutely amazing. They were able to help me to the fullest. By far the best place to go. Fair price and the warranty on them is something you can’t beat. They went above and beyond customer expectations.
