Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I have been taking my 3 vehicles and my sister’s car to this jiffy lube for the past 5 years. The staff are educated and knowledgeable about the work and services provided from jiffy lube. Everyone I have been helped by have always been very courteous and nice. They are very welcoming when I come in and when others come in that I witness how other customers are treated. They explain very clearly what they see is good and might need attention on my vehicles. They give detailed information and respect what I decide to have them do or not do. Never any pressure to purchase extra things needed beyond what is included in the oil change. I recommend them to everyone looking for good, dependable, courteous service.

Tried to sell me a filter that cost 25 bucks for 55 dollars. Tried telling me my coolant needed topping off, even though it was full. Then overcharged me from their sidewalk advertised price. Told me she couldn’t refund me until I asked for manger or district managers numbers. Threw a fit and was being verbally abusive. Trying to scare me away from getting my money back.For the love of all that’s good, do not go here. They lied to me, and stole money until I noticed.

Excellent customer service. I was greeted at my car to discuss my service needs. They immediately pulled my car into the bay and began. Very little wait time between start to finish. The three techs working were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Nothing beats a Sunday door opening oil change service at Jiffy Lube in Sandy. They were efficient, communicated, did not pressure, rotated my tires and got me out the door in less than 30min!! And lucky me had my $30 off coupon …overall really great service today!

Madison was I miss seeing! She explained the top off program that is really helpful. They’ll check your oil and fill it up in between changes. The service was fast friendly. I recommend this location 100%.
