The service was outstanding from the very beginning. Matthew helped me with everything I needed for my vehicle; he is highly professional, charismatic, and very pleasant. Had a decent service from this location. It wasn’t as quick as I would expected (definitely longer than 15 minutes). The team lead there was able to explain things clearly such as recommending for air filter replacement (later I found a bolt missing from the filter housing) and he offered military discount after asking. It was smooth transaction.

Mike, Daniel and Jeff were amazing and helpful. Super fast, affordable , with lots of great advice. And the lounge was warm and cozy.

Came to the jiffy lube on ballinger way January 10 2026 with an issue I was having problems correcting myself. When I arrived Henry came to take a look and he assured me they would get the issue handled. When I pulled into the Bay Jeffery and Henry both were working on my veichle. They fixed the issue which was a big relief. I was very comfortable there and that was due to the kind respectful courteous attitude of them both as well as the other employees there. I offered to pay for there time and they told me not to worry about it. That right there is above and beyond awesome customer service!! This jiffy lube location as whole deserves recognition I feel like for the awesome team and great customer service.

All of the workers at the Jiffy Lube were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with getting my Car checked up and taken care of. They were all very kind and helped me out with a few issues. I did not know that I had in order to keep my car running the best that it could! I’m very happy with my experience and look forward to coming back for service from them again.
