Jiffy Lube Oil Change

The employees were very friendly and kind. I had my tires rotated at the same time as the oil change. I would have appreciated them asking me about my preference before doing it as I would have chosen to rotate sides or do the X, but they went ahead and did front to back without inquiring and I didn't think to say anything beforehand. It wasn't necessarily a speedy service as there weren't any other customers for half of my service and it took 35 minutes. I also thought they used to wash your windows and vacuum as long as you didn't have too much stuff on your floors. They didn't do either of those today.

JR was very helpful, polite and patient. He greeted all his customers with a smile. Very helpful, had many repeat customers today, ahead of me. I felt that my wait would not be long, and he was correct. I will be back and I will tell my friends and family. Thank you for making what I thought was a chore ,become a pleasant wait. Best manager, I have every met at jiffy lube. SINCE 1995, in st charles and ofallon mo.

They were very polite and gave me a coupon so I got a light put in for free!! I got in and out of there within 15 minutes. Will definitely go back again.

After leaving the shop, I began to look at my receipt. It stated that the carpet was cleaned and the exterior windows were cleaned. Neither of these things had been done. It makes me wonder what others things were not actually done but marked as complete. I am very disappointed with Jiffy Lube and will not return. At the price I paid I expected so much more.
