Jiffy Lube

Honestly, Jiffy Lube has never been my go-to choice for automotive maintenance, and after my recent visit, I'm not exactly rushing to recommend it. I found myself in the area, with a nearby gym, so I thought, "Why not get an oil change?" Unfortunately, the experience matched the mixed reviews I'd heard—mostly for the wrong reasons. The first thing I noticed was the lack of customer service. When I pulled up, an older gentleman directed me to the waiting area without much explanation or warmth. I settled in, hopeful that the process would begin swiftly. To my surprise, it took 25 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence. They always get me in and out in under 45 minutes. I never make an appointment, I always just pop in. Staff is always extremely helpful and educational about the state of the vehicle. Price is competitive. Restrooms are tidy, and Starbucks and Domino's are right next store lol

Extremely polite. Did not try to push any item sells. They physically showed us any parts that they recommended should be replaced without being pushy.

I came in to Jiffy Lube without an appointment. I was quickly assisted and a gentleman opened the door for me to enter the lobby. I saw another review complain about not having coffee and hors d’oeuvres haha- this is not a restaurant sir. This is a mechanic shop. I had absolutely no issues in the lobby or with any of the staff. Everyone was great, hospitable, professional. Mind you, they are mechanics. There was a couple people ahead of me but still assisted me quickly. Thank you for the professionalism and swift service. I would come again.

Got an oil change. Was hassle free, price very fair, staff were great and I would definitely come back. Overall took about 30 minutes or less in and out.
