Jiffy Lube

Chris is the best he always goes the full extent to ensure customer leaves happy. I dropped my oil cap in my engin bay and drove to Jiffy Lube just as they opened. Staff there was able to find it and clean the under side of my hood. Cleaned the oil that splashed throughout the bay and checked the engine problem and it just happened to be the cap. Than you Chris!

From start to finish my experience with a staff here was excellent. They offered suggestions for other services but did not try to upsell me aggressively. Jorge freely offered very valid observations about my suspension, brakes and tires!

I love this location… however… one of their curtesy’s is that they clean your windows. I appreciate the effort but I have asked them every time I come in NOT to “clean” my windows because the end result is a smudgey mess. The day after I spent over 100.00 to get my car detailed they went and smudged the crap out of my windows with that nasty grubby cloth they use on every car. I had pay my detail guy to come and fix the smudges they made on my windows. PLEASE ASK IF ITS OK TO CLEAN WINDOWS!! They did it again today!! and I specifically asked to not clean my windows. Now I can’t see out of them and go out of my way to get my car cleaned. I think i’m gonna somewhere else now.

I've drive across town to come to this jiffy lube, The service is always top tier, I feel they explain to me the state of my car accurately and dont try to force things on me. I appreciate them giving me a breakdown of what my car needs and how much it will cost. Rupert is a superstar! Solomon and Jorje always do good work! 10/10 recommend!

Carlos and his team were great! They helped service my mom’s car and did a great job with an oil change, tire rotation and helped determine no tire leaks and found a bad tire sensor. They also cleaned the inside of her car (vacuum and windshield). They went above and beyond to make sure the car is safe for her. Much appreciated!
