Jiffy Lube

Went for the first time today for an oil change and had a great experience. The technician that serviced my vehicle was extremely helpful. I am not mechanically inclined, the tech was able to identify and reccomend other services that would keep my car happy. He was thorough with his work, transparent with pricing, and was not at all pushy with the additional services. But because of how awesome the experience was I took him up on everything he suggested

I had a very good experience with a Jiffy Lube and Pawtucket Rhode Island. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. I just want to think that young brothers that serviced my Mercedes-Benz moving forward you guys will be the only one that will touch my car.

I enjoy going to jiffy lube the employees there are always polite respectful and honestly about your vehicle when it comes to be a problem they definitely have my 5 star rating.

What a horrible place to do business with! First time ever that I went to do an oil change with Jiffy Lube and encounter extremely rude technicians. Got there first, but they didn’t keep count of the queue and basically said they were taking the other person that came after me first and then one of the technicians was gonna go to lunch and was going to take one hour and a half for me to get serviced. Never again!

Arrived around 1:30 this afternoon to get an oil change. One of the employees there notified me that they were all on break and that I could come back in about 30 minutes or so. I've never experienced anything like this at any Jiffy Lube location.
