Jiffy Lube

I got there at 10:30am. There was 7 cars in front of me for 2 lines going into 2 of 3 bays that were open. I didn’t make it into a bay for service until 12:30pm. At that time I was already irritated for waiting 2 hours for service. When the employee took my car I said I just wanted an oil service and that’s it. I walked to the nearest bar to get a drink. If j had to wait 2 hours for an oil change I think I’d deserve a drink. I returned at 1:15pm and my car was just being pulled out of the bay. I still had to wait to be checked out. There’s no reason an oil change should take 3 hours. And I was charged 126$ for full synthetic service. I was told I could get the same service quicker for 60$. The guys were amazing here at Jiffy Lube. They took great care of my Subaru. Jose was friendly and treated me like family. Great job guys

They closed around 1pm with vehicles sitting in line waiting for an oil change for over 20 minutes. Went to speak to the manager he never came out to speak with the customers.

First time here with this car and it’s been many years since I’ve been here at all. Great service, in and out so quick! Went in for an oil change at lunch time and they took me right in. Staff was great and gave me a breakdown of the type of oil and cost. They advertise 15 minutes from hood up and they met that! Will definitely be back for my next oil change! Thank you!

I went to get an oil change today, the workers were very nice and knowledgeable and they don't do anything extra without asking you first. Great job today guys. Jiffy Lube on Aramingo Ave in Philly
