Getting my oil changed today at this Jiffy Lube was a great experience. Despite the heat, the person who waited on me was kind, knowledgeable and professional. They got me in and out very quickly and answered all of my questions fully. The waiting area was cool and comfortable. Definitely recommended!!
Paid for coolant. Didn’t get it. Shows you guys inflated my tires to 35 psi you didn’t do it. I did check to see if I got a new air filter n I did. I always go to you guys.
Let’s just say my visit to Jiffy Lube was… an experience. The two techs, Brian and Kolby, didn’t exactly inspire confidence in what they were doing under the hood of my truck. I’m honestly hoping everything’s still where it should be—say a little prayer for my Tacoma. 🙏
I have been coming here for years, Sixto always has Great Customer Service, and is very knowledgeable, overall best place for an oil change.
