Went there for a typical oil change yesterday. They had me in and out in no time. They let me know if there was anything else needed to be done with the vehicle, put not overpushy about it. It's a good crew that is there right now!

This store did NOT performed all the services of a signature oil change. They did NOT vacuum my truck OR do my outside windows. While I was paying the employee who brought my truck around for me, left my window WIDE OPEN while it was raining out. Don't waste your time here, go somewhere else.

I had the most amazing experience. I went to the Plaistow location and met Dennis, he is the best I’ve ever used (we actually use our dealership or a family dealer and we’re always over charged!) Dennis helped me every step through and told me everything that could wait, everything that’s needed to be done right away, and absolutely deserves more money than he’s being paid! My car sounds and feels better than she ever has and I’ve never been happy!

i recently got an oil change here and the service was so unfair and awful. i’m a young girl and i could so obviously tell they were scamming me. tell me how an oil change costs $160?? the receipt doesn’t make sense, there were so many small unlabeled charges on it. they pushed me to choose the most expensive services and didn’t explain the cheaper options to me. they definitely took advantage of me being a younger and naive girl who doesn’t know much about cars. i think it’s very unfair and will i not be returning. i hope this helps somebody and saves them from being absurdly overcharged for a simple service and being gaslighted into thinking it was a normal fair price.

Quick version: customer service is nonexistent and the waiting room is filthy. I arrived about 30 minutes after the place opened and it took a couple minutes for somebody to come out. When the tech finally came out, he continued the conversation that he was having on his phone and acted as though I was interrupting him. The waiting room was absolutely filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The oil change was fast, but I don’t have 100% confidence that it was done properly. I should’ve just gone to my primary mechanic. The tech was still on the phone as he was taking my payment.
