Jiffy Lube

I went there from Virginia Beach fir oil change. Will definitely be taking my other vehicles. Tried numerous places here in Virginia Beach. Not great experience. T J and his guys are very good and d thorough. I am in Pocomoke area alot so not out of my way whenI am visiting family. I am in that area a few times a month. Pocomoke Jiffy lube I would recommend. Thanks again Tj for taking care of me Saturday while I was in the area deer hunting.

Went to have my oil changed last time by them and they left my filter loose so oil was leaking and they also but silicone around my filter so because of them my motor almost burnt up then when called to complain and let them know I feel like the man who I spoke to which I did not receive his name was trying to undermine me because I am a women and felt he was getting a little smart so I gave it back to him just will not be back

This was the fastest oil change I’ve ever had! Super friendly guys. And they made sure my tire pressure was sufficient before I left. Sat in my car while they did it and was in and out in 15 min!

Decent. Nice enough people except you would think an alignment would be included after buying 4 new tires. Was not included, and they did not even offer or explain that it wasn’t, assuming that I had all the time in the world to bring my car back again! Make sure the person on the phone explains that your tires don’t come with an alignment and asks if you would like one so you know the whole price before going there.

I'm a Vietnam veteran and asked about the discount for veterans and instead of giving me my 15 percent discount he put a code in the computer and only gave me 10 dollars off instead of the 15 percent 0n 152 would have been 22 and som change not helping the veterans there!!!
