DONT COME HERE! Beware! I came in on a Saturday to get my car battery replaced, and at first everything seemed fine. Shortly after leaving, my Volkswagen wouldn’t start properly, so I called to confirm they had given me the correct battery. I was told yes, and that I could come back for help. I explained I was miles away and would return the next day. When I arrived, I was unexpectedly told to “come back tomorrow” again. I refused because the issue was urgent and asked if they could either replace the battery or provide a refund. Instead of helping, the employee began acting unprofessionally. I came for an oil change and Rigo, the store manager and Thomas helped me out. He made the process super quick and easy. He also answered all questions I had about the oil change. The service is very smooth and quick. They give you the option of staying in your car or sitting in the office which was nice. Highly recommend this place!

I went to Jiffy to have my oil and transmission fluid changed. Service I thought it was good until I went to get my tires changed 30 mins after the service at Discount Tires in Northridge and the worker let me know asap. I called Jiffy Lube if I can come back and check their work but not only if they asked if I was sure it was that, my receipt but they are busy and put me on hold for a long time. Keep in mind it was leaking pretty bad so I had no choice and tell Discount Tires to help me out and they fixed it. Instead of Jiffy telling me to come back asap and everyone knows it can mess up the transmission and pricey to get it fixed.

The manager Pablo gave amazing and outstanding customer service. He was fast and efficient and went above and beyond to give me additional information on my vehicle. I appreciate him sharing his knowledge. I appreciate his kind, professional and welcoming customer service. I highly recommend going to this Jiffy Lube in Reseda and I will return again because of Pablo and his amazing team! Great Job!!
