I had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube. The team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They walked me through the services performed, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. The service was quick but thorough, and my vehicle is running noticeably smoother. It’s refreshing to experience customer service done right — organized, respectful, and genuinely attentive. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others.

The manager was awesome, she answered all my questions very pleasant and positive found me a coupon and save me more, and she didnt have to do that but took the time and made the extra effort. The tech was great too, truly cared about me, my car and came back and explained the details Easy pleasant quick experience. Highly recommended and their right off the freeway. )

Jaynee is so knowledgeable about everything with my car. She really cares about longevity on my vehicle and that is not very common to see. I trust this place 100% with their recommendations they’ve never given me a reason not to especially when Jaynee is there whatever she is getting paid should be more.

Jaynee the manager was very professional and friendly. She knew exactly what she was talking about and she had an answer for every question I had. It was also probably the CLEANEST jiffy lube establishment I have ever been to. Jiffy lube should be very appreciative of Jaynee she’s definitely giving them a good rep here at riverside.

I just popped in for oil change place is very well kept up and friendly service. They have coffee and snacks available for customers. Janie the Manger is excellent in her customer service. I know I will be coming back for my next oil change. They also have a bundle you are able to buy online that saves you a good amount of money. Thank you Steven
