Jiffy Lube

Ran by there because my emergency brake light was on in dash but brake not on. Mechanic put in brake fluid which turned light off, then made recommendation to take vehicle to dealership or other garage to have checked. Also nice enough to make a recommendation that ended up being close to home.

I stopped by the Jiffy Lube on Franklin Road, Roanoke because my low tire warning light had been flashing all morning. I also asked them to check the fluid levels. The service was very fast while I waited in a small waiting room with one other person. In about 5 minutes, my car was ready, and all the tires had been inflated, and about a quart of wiper fluid had been added. Surprisingly, there was NO CHARGE and I went happily on my way! What service! Great Job Jiffy Lube! Added 5/13/22 Needed a State inspection and went to Jiffy Lube on Franklin Rd. Roanoke (my favorite). There was already a car in the inspection bay, and one waiting. I was told it would be at least an hour, but I decided to wait. Within 45 minutes, my car was thoroughly inspected, and I was checked out. Fast and

No owner follow through. After posting the negative review below, the owner responded to ask for my contact information and made a commitment to follow up. A full week has gone by since I provided that information with no owner follow up. Hoping the owner was sincere in the follow up commitment. Failed. Promised my car would be inspected and ready for pickup in 3 hours. Then told it would not be ready that day, and that it would be first the following day; ready by 8:30am. At 10:00am I was told that my car was still not inspected, that other cars were ahead of me, and that they did not know when they might get to my car. I took my car to a competitor.

Went there for just Oil change,then the friendly staff,Skout welcome was great and Oil change fast, Rayn explaining everything done to the car, giving a very comfortable feeling, Having a waiting room with coffee,water and bathroom, See you after 5000 miles or before ;) Thanks

Kind employees. Knowledgeable. And even though the wind chills felt below zero- and it was freezing in the garage where they had to work- they were there doing their thing. And I'm so grateful they were!
