Jiffy Lube

This place used to be Great place to get an oil change but the guys working here now, don't know what are they doing. They are more worried about being on their phone than doing a good job. I was charged 250 dollars for an oil change and they did a really bad job, i drove the truck for 20 minutes after the oil change and stopped to get something to eat, when i come back from lunch a noticed oil spots on the asphalt,, they did a mess, oil dripping everywhere, the receipt say they added washer fluid and they didn't, i will be surprised if they used the proper oil.

Staff needs a quick refresher on customer service. Claimed to not be able to access my account information, despite having been there multiple times with the same VIN. Claimed that they could not access any online quotes. Also claimed that they could not add air to my tires. When asked nicely, they somehow miraculously did so. The kids there need a good supervisor.

In and out in 15 minutes. Get there early, it's much easier. Better than Valvoline, the guys at this locations don't push unnecessary services. Don't forget to ask about coupons. With the prices going up (not their fault, so don't shoot the messengers), do your research on discounts. Be advised that not every location accepts the coupons you find. I had a $15 one that was not valid but they gave me a $12 to replace it, which was very nice of them. Onto the next 5,000 miles

I will never ever, ever, ever go back to the one on Rockville pike. When I pulled up I thought they were closed. The guy came out to my car to let me know the bay I was at door was broke so I went to the other bay and he told me I had to get out and leave my key in the car. As I got out he was getting ready to shut the door with my key in the car. I said the door will lock if you shut it. In sarcasm tone he said oh it will oh I didn't know that. He walked me to the lobby where I would wait for my car to be done. Another guy came in the lobby and asked me to come out and put my information in the computer. As I walk out with him all I smell is Marijuana. The other guy was smoking a vape and tripped and knocked the trash can over. I asked him was he okay and asked what was he smoking he neve
