Josh and JC were a pleasure to work with. Josh reinstated my trust for Jiffy Lube having lost it at another location. They were efficient and professional with working on our families 3rd vehicle. It doesn’t get the attention our other 2 get but they brought it up to better than normal operation. The asked all the right questions and made sure I was thoroughly informed. Every time I get my oil changed at the Rocky point Jiffy Lube, I have an awesome experience! Lonnie , anthony and josh worked on my vehicle for an oil change and i had a wonderful experience . In and out in all of 5 minutes . Quick service , zero problems, professional, was able to stay in the comfort of my own car the entire time. Would recommend 10/10.
