I’ve been a long time customer of JL on Florin Rd. I have never had a bad experience. The employees are always pleasant, welcoming, and friendly. The time it takes to service my car is usually a quick in and out depending on the service performed. I would recommend JL to anyone without hesitation. Thank you.

First time at this location and the staff was welcoming and very helpful. They let me know of the issues and the costs allowing me to decide if I want the services. I can see their teamwork while working on the vehicles and getting customers out in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend coming here for your oil change, tire rotation, light and windshield wiper replacements. Will be back for future oil changes. Thank you!

Good morning and l truly appreciate your good customer service. But the was one of a few things that l noticed. 1, it seems like some of the workers were in a rush, when there was only two customers. 2, there was a lack of company and understanding, when it came to showing the opedimy of good customer service. Just had one headlite and one reverse lite replaced. The guy seemed to have trouble with the head lite. But after awhile he got it done. I also wanted a tire rotation but because of the bad condition of a tire it couldn't be done, which is understandable. I also needed my brakes checked and done if needed which I am sure they needed to be done. I was informed that they don't do drums. So of course that couldn't be done. Understandable. But they didn't bother with the front brakes which there was no reason that it couldn't be checked and done. Think the guy got so frustrated with the problem changing the headline he didn't want to be bothered with my front brakes..said something about corrosion? So now I am elsewhere getting my brakes all the way around done. Needless to say I won't be
