The guys were super nice and worked quick! I was able to get my car inspection done and out in less than 20 minutes. I appreciate how friendly the guys were.

Got here at 0805 for an oil change, it’s 1023 and I’m still here because the broke the housing on the fuel filter…they did get another but had to leave agin to get more parts… thanks to Jiffy lube I’ve missed a very important meeting and have no doubt they’ll expect full payment for wasting my time… won’t be back here ever again!

Went to get my oil changed in my work vehicle Which only has 10,000 miles. They wanted to change the air filter and cabin filter and when I looked at the filters, they pretty much looked new.When I got the bill, they said they had rotated the tires and changed both wiper blades At an additional charge of $60 for these three things. I watched them the whole time and they did not rotate the tires. I checked the wiper blades and They were the original wiper blades still with pollen stuck in them. Just a little advice make sure you check what the bill says they did and compared to what they actually did.

When the team member changed my air filter.he dropped a number 10 socket in my firewall. And a clunking sound is all I here every the time when I drive.then dropped the screws for the air filter in the firewall as well. The team member then found some random screws not the right size and then used a impact wrench to force the screws in and stripped them out. Also while I was in the waiting room I observed team member lock my keys in the car and then pried my door frame open to insert a long bar to catch the latch scratching the inside door panel .not a happy experience.
