Jiffy Lube

I had an experience today that, while frustrating, it could’ve been a lot worse if not for exceptional service, expertise and dedication to getting the job done right. I brought my Sienna into this Foothill Jiffylube for a routine oil change and they found a problem caused by the last service appt. They were upfront about the problem, managed expectations and when they realized the scope was greater than projected they offered ride share credits. Their diligence and effort got the job done quicker than expected and done right and they gave it to me free of charge for the hassle. A classy gesture and an incredible conclusion to what could’ve been a nightmare day. I’m going back in 5000 miles for sure.

I nip into this location a bit when my tire pressure sensor flips, it’s a convenient location when I’m heading to or from work on Foothill. The guys on the crew are always so friendly, helpful and professional. Much appreciated service!

They are always efficient and help us every time. Mike the manager is great. He helped on Christmas Eve a few years back and did not even charge us. Since then he always recognizes us when we come in. I will always go to this Jiffy Lube.

I got an “oil change” here a few thousand miles ago, today I did my own. I drained over 3 gallons (12 quarts) of oil. My engine calls for 6 with filter. I assume they just added 6 last time and never drained it. Don’t trust jiffy lube and these 16 year old clowns who don’t even own a car themselves. Why would you trust a place that runs ads stating they’re hiring with no experience? Anyone actually skilled with cars will work at a real shop that pays better. Sad to see young teens taken advantage of as employees here, and sad to see 40+ year olds working here as a dead end job. Only reason I go there is because I have money but not time. Just got my oiled changed. They broke my emergency brake cable. I've been pulling multiple times a day for 10 years with no problem whatsoever. The mechanic said 'well I guess that was just its last pull'. What are the chances? The mechanic and the rest of the staff were perfectly nice, but there was no offer to fix it or of any form of compensation. Turns out it will cost me several hundred dollars to repair. Pretty absurd for a car shop to damage your car and then just say 'oops'.
