Every employee is friendly and ready to give you and your vehicle their full attention. The waiting area and restroom is always clean and comfortable. They usually come in under the quote. The lady at the front desk is pleasantly humorous. Definitely recommend this store

Jiffy lube is a great place to get quick maintenance for your vehicle and the staff is friendly and professional. I have been to the San Fernando location a few times and Gilberto and his staff are excellent to talk with. I highly recommend this company.

Hello, I had a flat tire and had to pull into Jiffy Lube parking lot for safety reasons to get out of traffic. One of the employees told me they need to parking stalls. While I'm grateful that another employee eventually helped me change my tire after being there for 20 minutes,I was surprised that none of the 5 male employees offered assistance when they could see I was stranded with car trouble. Once the employee put the spare the manager looked at me as if I was disturbing them- sorry but people do not plan for a flat tire. I understand business have policies but helping a community member in distress is simply being a good neighbor. Thank you to the employee who did step up to help - that meant a lot."
