Luis is absolutely amazing. He was incredibly helpful, super professional, and refreshingly honest. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and respectful — a truly decent young man with outstanding manners. He connects naturally with people and delivers exceptional customer service. Honestly, he already carries himself like a leader. Jiffy Lube should consider him for a management role — he would excel.

I was able to get in and out in 20 minutes! Great service with a convenient location! I came in today for a light bulb replacement. It was fast and easy even though they were close to closing. Christopher was very professional and courteous! Thanks for the great service! January 11th 2026 345 pm

The oil change was good, and so were the additional services to top off the cars other fluids. However, I regret changing my tires as recommended by the sales person. It drives poorly now since my back tires which were moved to the front are older and more run down. I get the desire to upsale but the advice was poorly recommended.

I Was exited to get in and out quickly but sadly that was not the case I was asked if I wanted to replace a cap when I said yes they assured me it would be there in 20 mins and an hour and half later still nothing I asked 3 times and they kept saying it’s in the way when my wife asks they said they did not know where the part was and did not know how much longer at this point I was so upset I had other errands to run…. Please avoid this place if your in a hurry and customer service really needs to improve

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The service felt very rushed, and for the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of care and attention. My tire pressure was not set correctly, which made me question how thorough the rest of the service was. Overall, it was a very expensive experience for the quality of work I received, and I don’t feel the job was done as well as it should have been.
