Had an awesome experience here! Employees are extremely nice and knowledgeable, were present as soon as I pulled up. I never leave reviews but was very impressed with this place. Will come here for all future services!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was excellent without being pushy. They even showed me where I had a nail in my tire but explained that unfortunately they weren't able do that type of repair. I appreciate the transparency and top notch fast service!

Great service and quick.. very clean facility. Customer service was excellent and was greeted the minute I pulled into the lot. Techs were very well detailed in explaining their findings and conducting their work.

I had the best experience at this Jiffy Lube in Sugar Grove. Newly opened, I was given outstanding service. Everyone who helped me were fantastic! Very friendly and didn’t make me feel as if I was being sold anything which is not always the case. They are efficient, knowledgeable and did an overall exceptional job. I will be back for all future oil changes and I’m sure more! Thanks for the top notch service!

The facility was new and clean, and they had complimentary coffee as a nice touch. Each member of the staff was friendly and welcoming. This will definitely be my new oil change spot!
