I just had an oil change at the Penrose branch in Sun Valley, CA those 3 guys did an excellent service! Too bad I didn’t get their names. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Went in to get an oil change at jiffy lube in Sun Valley for my Chevy Tahoe 2007 truck. The oil change was a success but unfortunately they left a red cloth which is apart of their equipment inside the of my truck where the motor is at. Me and my dad saw smoke coming out in front of my truck and opened of the hood and we saw fire. The cloth caught on fire and could’ve burned my entire car if we hadn’t put it out before the fire became bigger. This is very irresponsible from their workers they need to make sure that things aren’t left inside the car when work is done. Things could’ve gone worse and completely unsafe for me and my family. 👎🏻

I have an old Chevy Tahoe 2001 and needed the bands changed on my engine, which was $140.00. I had gone to two small shops on a Sunday and no one had the part. Luckily, I get my regular oil changes at Jiffy Lube here and they had the parts. The team works great here and are all calm, well-experienced at this location. The bands on my truck are not easy to do, and the mechanic did it in 15 minutes with my 5,000 oil filter change done all in 30 minutes. This team works great together, and I had to come on here and a knowledgeable that.
