Jiffy Lube

There was only one car ahead of me. Dropped off the car, and went to lunch. Came back 30 minutes later car still not in the stall. Set an alarm for an additional 40 minutes. So very slow service here. I did bump up my review from a 3 start to a four-star. When in 3 days later they were much better and faster.

Definitely give 5 stars. Would give more if i could. Brandon at this location was so helpful! He was knowledgeable, professional, fast, very kind and gave me excellent customer service. I hope Brandon's supervisor sees this review. Brandon is a great asset to jiffy lube!! Please share this review with Brandon. I moved here from out of state 6 months ago. Used to go to a jiffy lube in the other state. Brandon and this jiffy lube location stands above the rest. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!! Jiffy Lube is the best! Fast service, excellent communication. Our CSA Michael was great, friendly and attentive. They took time to address all of our concerns and got us in and out quickly. We’re definitely repeat customers.

Jmicheal got me in quick and let me know about all the services they provide without trying to upsell me on stuff i didnt need. I didn't grab the other guys name but when he checked my air filter he did show me it was getting dirty but said it still had another oil change to go till it needed replacing if i didnt want to do it this time.

JMichael provided exceptionally friendly service today. Thank you to the whole team for excellent work. I keep coming back to this location because y'all take such good care of me and my vehicles. The holiday decorations in a nice clean waiting area were a nice touch, too.
