I want to specifically highlight Natalie, who provided outstanding service. She was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, and she made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable. Natalie took the time to clearly explain everything, answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. Her customer service truly stood out and reflects very positively on this Jiffy Lube location. I also want to recognize the entire Jiffy Lube team. Although I don’t recall everyone’s names at the moment, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and efficient. I brought both of my cars in on two consecutive days, and the level of service was consistently excellent each time. I had a great experience here today! Came in for a quick oil change and everything went perfectly — fast, professional, and super friendly service. The staff was polite and explained everything clearly, and I really appreciated how clean and organized the shop was. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. No appointment needed, I drove in and they were able to help me with my oil change quickly. Price is very reasonable in my opinion. I will definitely come back to service my other cars!

Listen they might not do it often but when they do any type of service on your vehicle check everything after to make sure they either did it correctly or they didn’t miss or damage anything… I would recommend you stay away from this jiffy lube location at the very least. They forgot to put the lug nut back on after they rotated tires and they damaged my oil pan now I have to repair which is costing.me over 1000 dollars . Beware of this place just because it’s a jiffy lube doesn’t mean they hire true professionals

Honestly I have been too many jiffy lubes before but not to judge anyone this place is horrible , upon arrival dude with dreadlocks was rude an annoyed didn’t want to listen to anything I said about my car , secondly didn’t find out till later that when they rotated my tires they forgot to put lug nuts back on had one missing and honestly now that leads me to believe they damaged my oil pan and seal when charging oil because it’s leaking heavily now I honestly wouldn't recommend this place at all. Use at your own risk
