Second update their unwillingness to make this right has me letting a lawyer handle it at this point. Update. I am currently installing a whole new oil filter and cooler assembly from their horrible service. Part of this is due to jeeps poor design i wont put the full blame on them. But they definitely over tightened the oil filter cap which is what finished it off. Now im going to be between 500 and 1k to flush out my coolant system of not more to replace the cooler and filter housing. The coupon used to save 15 bucks was clearly not worth it. I usually avoid jiffy lubes as much as possible but they had a sale and a coupon its been hot out and I didn't feel like doing it myself. I cant go 1 star because I've actually had worse service. Tried selling me on a bunch

This shop is talented but very poorly run. I waited to get repaired and an emissions test for 3 hours. When they had finally finished with my car, they had forgotten 2 of the 3 things I requested! 🤯my emmisions test failed because I had just replaced the battery. Now they are charging me for another one. I drove straight home from the repair and somehow my tire was punctured. I can’t help but think it was punctured on site. Would not recommend.

Eli is the best! He was so genuine, friendly, and professional. He was also really good at explaining things! The team here even vacuumed my floors for me even though I was just getting an oil change. It made my day! :) Thank you guys!

I’m disappointed because my vehicle was running fine before the oil change. Immediately after the service, the RPMs started fluctuating and the engine shut off. I discovered that an air intake hose was left loose. This should not happen after a routine oil change. I need this properly fixed.

Took my car in for an oil change, staff was very friendly and they got my oil changed quickly. However a few weeks later my car began leaking oil. I took it into my dealership and was told that my oil filter hadn’t been tightened correctly. This not only cost me financially to have it looked at but it also left me without my car for a day. Would not recommend this location, look elsewhere for a more professional and competent job.
