Scammy Lube! Paid for a groupon and I told them i had one at check in. No one bothered to tell me how much EXTRA oil I would need until checkout. Additionally I agreed to pay $6 for a “coolant Top off” when I looked at my bill there the charge was for $12. After speaking with the manager it became my responsibility to be the professional in charge of knowing how much oil my car takes and when to stop pouring it. Jiffy Lube Northlake is definitely shiesty. The Management definitely can’t take responsibility for making an error and moving the line.. I also waited 50 minutes for an oil change while on my lunch break. Going back to Ford! Update: apparently they can’t find me as a customer.. I’ve updated my receipt to show that my experience was legitimate.

Unprofessional Service and No Refund!! I took my car to this workshop for an oil change. About a week later, the oil warning light came on, indicating low oil level. I immediately went back to the shop, where they told me there was an oil leak and that the engine was completely covered in oil. They also claimed they were not responsible, saying that they had already noticed an oil leak at the time of the oil change (which is not true, as my car had never had any oil leaks before). I then took my car to another mechanic, who discovered that the issue was simply that the oil filter had not been tightened properly. As it loosened, all the oil leaked onto the engine. I have used the JL on Northlake for my various volvos s60s, V70, XC90, XC60, I have always received good information, guidance at reasonable prices compared to the dealer.

I got my oil changed, they checked lights etc, tire pressure. They topped off coolant and added an extra quart of oil. Tried to get me to add gas engine cleaner for $99, I declined.. Overall pretty good 👍

Usually these guys are good but this time I had a couple issues First off thank goodness whenever I get work done I always inspect what I can see and if they cleaned up anything like oil drips etc. Well they never put the oil cap on and there was oil drips all over that I had to clean up Then there was oil drips under the vehicle so I thought they also didn't tighten the drain plug or they just didn't wipe up the oil underneath after filling So they told me to bring the vehicle back so they could make it right They inspect(or are supposed to anyway) under the vehicle and no leaks or drips are visible My wife took it in the next day and was told we now have transmission seal leak that magically appeared over night What a crock of trying to upsell a female customer and when my wife called t
