The staff is very friendly and polite. The service is quick. I've signed up for emails and get discount coupons regularly. I use the West Sacramento location and they are always consistent. My only suggestion would be that they upgrade their POS so if you stay in your car while they service it, you could also stay in your car to pay. I would recommend.

Super fast efficient and service! Got an oil change and tire rotation and waited like 15 min! They weren’t too pushy or upselling like other shops I’ve been too. They did recommend a replacement on my serpentine belt and showed me what they were seeing with minor cracks. They gave me a price on the spot which seemed fair. So I will likely return in the future to take care of that.

First time ever getting an oil change myself lol and they made it so easy and were so nice and understanding. Explained everything step my step and kept me in the loop. I went for just an oil change but they checked all the lights and filters and filled my tires up. It says 15 minute oil change but I swear they did it in like 10. Will continue coming here so quick and easy.

Just started coming back here my 2nd oil change. Great service! No pressure on the upgrades. A unique story from a long time ago I believe 2014, I took my car in to get an oil change and they ended up finding money in my glove compartment and they gave it to me! I know that’s the right thing to do and I shouldn't be surprised but I even offered them a reward for giving it to me and they declined! Glad to be back as a customer.

I just want to say I was very impressed with how efficient and fast the service was today. Everyone was friendly and professional. They made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this location and I will definitely be back again.
