Jiffy Lube

Lost a long time customer. I have been going there since the first year they opened. Regularly bringing in several vehicles throughout the years. Never had any problems. Until the brunette girl shop manager took over. 4 services ago I noticed on the receipt stated I had no oil on the dipstick when I arrived. So I made sure to check me and my wife's vehicle the next few services. She lied on the receipt everytime. Im sure it's a way to not be liable if they mess up your vehicle. Also had to tell her to use a fender guard after her belly buttons scraped across it. And then treated me poorly the rest of the service. She also said I had a major leak in my rear end. Let me just say, I made the mistake of reading reviews before giving JL a chance - and they haven't let me down once. With everything else in Williston so expensive, I can keep my old car running within my budget with Jiffy Lube. Fast, courteous service. I plan to stick with them!!!

I called 1st, internet ad read there was a $15.00 coupon for a total of $55.00 oil change. When I arrived to jiffy scam they didn't know what I was talking about and said the cost would be $80! You shouldn't cheat people in small towns, this story will be told.

Carwash didn't work well so I went to ask them to maybe hose off the back and running boards, but the man inside told me that there isn't be anyone to hose it off and didn't offer to put my vehicle back through the wash or anything. Very unprofessional.
