I usually deal with attendants that are miserable at their jobs like they are shoveling manure for a living. But dealing with Jonathan R was quite refreshing. He was respectful and courteous which surprised me. He didn’t fish for tips by stuffing $50 dollar bills in the tip jar as I have seen in other smog places.

I went there for the second time. It was a completely different experience. First time there was an older gentlemen who was kind , polite and helpful. Today @ 1533 hrs (so hopefully a mngr can track him down) I had a young guy who was a rude... acted like I was doing him a favor. Spoke to me like he had dreams of being in law enforcement.. I left without any services being performed. Very disappointing.
