Jiffy Smog, a DEKRA Company - 3430 E Tropicana Ave - NV

I wish i could leave no stars! I pulled in to ask a question and the gentleman working at 5:20pm on 9/10/25 was absolutely RUDE!!! He came out and pointed to the sign that said “pull all the way forward” while saying “what does that say, pull all the way forward.” I then stated i had a question and while i was saying that he talked over me and said “oh you have a question I’m listening.” With that kind of service, i left. While i was backing out a gentleman walked over to ask if they were open and the employee said “yes, but not if you don’t pull all the way forward” and pointed at my vehicle. I recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE but this place!!! There is a location down the street on the corner of Pecos and Russell , that is cheaper and has better customer service.

Fast, professional and friendly. Charge $45 and will do all the DMV work for you. Easy in and out.

I wouldn't go here this jiffy smog it's unclear as to why if you have a failed test you have to pay for the second test other places don't do that the guy was nice enough though I paid $25 and they said if you come back you got to pay another $25 this place sucks and they didn't accept a coupon from somewhere else most places do you can do better than jiffy smock I guarantee it

Just came by here @ 9:53am on Friday to find no one here. Called the number associated with this location and someone for a different jiffy smog answered and told me he has no idea why that # is showing up for his location and couldn't explain why no one is at this location to assist. Sucks. Update: in response to the reply I received here, it was for today's date at approximately 9:53 a.m. (My call to jiffy smog went out at 9:54 and I was on site at the time) I was wearing a black shirt and khaki pants and the car that I was driving was a silver Honda Civic. I parked to the side of the awning that is attached to the jiffy smog building there. If you do not see me/ my car, then I'm not sure if you're reviewing the same day. I tried calling back twice and did not receive an answer.
