Just make sure that if you give the attendant the discount coupon you got in the mail, he actually gives you the discount. Don't wait until you get home to check the receipt (like I did). And I even tipped him!

I will never use this company again. I have been going to another place for years and only pay $14.95. Went here because I was across town and close to this place. When I paid found out it was $35.00. Crazy

Friendly and fast service! (UPDATE): So after leaving this place I went on DMV website to renew my registration and it said I was unable to being that there's no recent/current emissions record. I went back to Jiffy at their listed opening time (8am) on Monday and they were not open. Waited there and someone FINALLY showed up @ 9:15. Come to find out the person input my information incorrectly into the system with the vin number being one digit short! So, they had to redo another smog test and THEN I was able to renew online SMH. Simple mistake, but very inconvenient! I removed 2 stars for this issue.

In & out within 5 minutes. Make life easier and pay DMV registration too. Quick and courteous!

I didn't catch the name of the guy working here but he had very long hair. He was very nice and explained the process in which he was doing things. Asked if I wanted to do my registration at the same time. Even though there was a long line here he worked as quickly as he could. Thank you mystery long hair man!
